Brittany Gagliardi
Veterinarian
Dr. Gagliardi was born and raised in Connecticut. She received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut in 2018. She then attended veterinary school at St. George’s University in Grenada. Dr. Gagliardi completed her clinical rotations and final year of veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania and received her veterinary degree in 2023. Dr. Gagliardi then moved back to Connecticut to begin practicing as a small animal veterinarian. She began working at Pet Shield Veterinary Hospital in 2015 as a kennel assistant and came back to work during her breaks at school. She soon moved up to receptionist but was always helping wherever she could in the hospital. After many years of schooling, she is now returning as a full-time associate veterinarian.
In her free time, Dr. Gagliardi enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing by the pool, and participating in activities such as pickleball and snowboarding. She shares her home with her husband, their dog,
Harvey, and their cat, Grem.
